A school walkthrough should establish approved work areas, visitor and personnel requirements, storage rules, product restrictions, and the point of contact for exceptions. Any screening, training, or documentation requirement must be confirmed before startup.
Specialized spaces and disinfection requests need a separate review of the school’s procedures and the products involved. We do not assume they are included in a general cleaning scope.

Can cleaning work around classes and activities?
We review class hours, after-school programs, events, access restrictions, and approved work windows with your school team. Availability and the final schedule are confirmed before service.
Can you help with summer or school-break cleaning?
Yes. Break periods can be used to plan deeper cleaning, carpet care, and floor projects. The scope depends on the surfaces, furniture movement, drying or curing time, and the date each area must reopen.
Are all school areas handled the same way?
No. Classrooms, restrooms, cafeterias, nurse offices, kitchens, and specialized rooms have different requirements. We confirm the approved tasks, products, equipment, and access rules with the school before including those areas.
Can you coordinate with our existing custodial team?
We can discuss supplemental support, specialty floor or carpet work, and defined project needs. Responsibilities and handoff points should be clear so work is covered without duplicating the school team’s routine.
