Service Fit

Which service line actually matches the property

Compare recurring cleaning, daytime support, and specialized scope requirements.

What is the difference between janitorial and day porter service?
Janitorial usually covers recurring daily or after-hours cleaning routines. Day porter service is daytime support for occupied buildings, including restroom patrols, common-area touch-ups, spill response, and visible appearance control while the property is active.
When should I choose medical office cleaning or life sciences cleaning?
Medical-office requests need a review of practice responsibilities and assigned rooms. Life-sciences support cleaning concerns approved office and lab-adjacent support spaces. Specialized clinical, technical, or hazardous work must be reviewed separately.
Can you combine recurring cleaning with floor care, carpet shampoo, or exterior cleaning?
These services can be reviewed in one proposal, with recurring tasks and specialty projects separately identified. Included work, frequency, method, and pricing are confirmed in writing.
Scheduling & Access

Timing, occupied buildings, and site rules

Use this section when the questions are less about what to clean and more about when, how, and under what access conditions the work can happen.

Do you offer after-hours or weekend work?
Share your preferred work window. After-hours or weekend arrangements are confirmed according to the property, scope, access, and availability.
How quickly can you start?
A start date is confirmed after scope, staffing availability, access, and any required documentation are reviewed. Let us know your preferred timing in the initial request.
What access information do you need before work begins?
We usually need site contact details, access instructions, security or escort rules, approved work areas, and any schedule limits or property-specific notes before service starts.
Safety & Documentation

Insurance, sensitive sites, and visible follow-through

These answers cover the controls buyers usually want confirmed before they trust a cleaner in an occupied or sensitive property.

Do you provide certificates of insurance (COIs)?
Send your property’s insurance requirements with the proposed scope and recipient details. Current documents and requested endorsements are reviewed for the work before startup. See documentation requests.
Can your crews work in schools, healthcare, banks, or other sensitive facilities?
Share the proposed tasks and site requirements first. We review access, orientation, privacy, and relevant qualifications before confirming the work. Specialized tasks are not automatically included.
Do you provide inspection notes, photos, or closeout updates?
The available records, inspection frequency, photographs, and Portal access depend on the account setup and written service plan. A final client closeout requires a closed work order and approved closeout.
Pricing & Walkthroughs

What helps us quote faster and when a walkthrough matters

Use this section if the real question is how to reduce back-and-forth and get to the right quote path more quickly.

What helps you turn around a quote faster?
Service type, building use, square footage, timing, access notes, room mix, and any photos or plan links help us guide the right next step faster.
Can you price from photos, plans, or a site video?
Photos, plans, or a video can help with an initial review. We confirm whether a walkthrough is needed before preparing the final scope. Keep confidential documents, security codes, and personal information out of shared material.
When do you recommend a walkthrough before quoting?
We usually recommend a walkthrough when the scope is overlapping, the property has access restrictions, the cleaning routine depends on traffic or occupancy, or the site has specialty surfaces or sensitive areas that need visual confirmation.
