Questions, answered

Before you request a walkthrough

Can office cleaning happen after business hours?
Yes. We review access, alarm procedures, occupied areas, and your preferred work window during the walkthrough. The final schedule depends on the scope and availability.
Do we need a day porter as well as janitorial cleaning?
A porter can help with restrooms, spills, shared areas, and presentation while the building is occupied. Janitorial service covers the scheduled cleaning routine. Busy offices may need both; smaller sites may only need recurring visits.
Are carpet extraction and floor refinishing included?
Specialty floor and carpet work is scoped separately from routine upkeep unless it is specifically included in your proposal. We review surface condition, furniture, drying time, and access before recommending the method.
What should I send for an office cleaning quote?
Share your city or ZIP, approximate square footage, days of use, restroom count, floor types, preferred frequency, and the issues you want corrected. Please keep confidential documents, access codes, and personal information out of photos.
